Follow one job through the brain.
The Harper Street proposal, start to finish: a client’s question comes in, the AI drafts, a person approves, it goes out, the client signs and it’s billed. One record the whole way.
- 01
A request comes in.
The Harpers email to ask when their proposal is coming. Your email assistant checks the Harper Street job record in Sitework instead of guessing.
- 02
Sitework AI drafts it.
It writes the proposal from your scope library and the estimate already on the job. It saves a draft. It doesn’t send anything.
- 03
A person approves.
You read the draft and approve it. Sending, signing, charging and deleting always wait for someone on your team.
- 04
It goes out.
The proposal goes to the Harpers from Sitework, and the job record notes who approved it and who sent it.
- 05
The client approves.
The Harpers open the client portal, approve the proposal and sign it. Nobody chases a signature over email.
- 06
It’s billed.
The deposit invoice comes from the same line items as the estimate, and the Harpers pay by card or bank through Stripe.

Your company’s AI brain. Claude, ChatGPT and Grok work from it.
Connect the assistant your team already uses to Sitework through MCP, the open standard AI apps use to plug into software. Ask it about a job and it answers from your real records. Ask it to do the work and it drafts it in Sitework, where a person approves it.
- Connect in a few clicksAdd Sitework as a connector in Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, then sign in with your Sitework account.
- Your data, your permissionsYour jobs stay in your Sitework account. An assistant sees only what you can see, and anything it changes waits for approval.
- On every planIncluded with Starter, Core and Pro. No add-on to buy.
Claude, ChatGPT and Grok connections are in early access. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, ChatGPT of OpenAI and Grok of xAI; Sitework isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Everything you run a job with, in one place.

A real price, on the page. For the whole company.
Most construction software makes you book a call to find out what it costs, then charges more as your team grows. Here is what each company publishes today.

Questions, answered.
What is Sitework?
Sitework is construction management software with an AI brain built in. It keeps your jobs, estimates, proposals, schedules, permits, crews, client messages and invoices in one place. The AI works from that same record, and you can connect the outside AI tools you already use to it.
How much does it cost?
There are three flat monthly plans for the whole company: Starter $149, Core $249 and Pro $499 a month, or less per month billed annually. Every plan includes unlimited users, AI, outside AI agents and every core feature. Every plan includes unlimited active jobs. The plans differ in AI phone minutes (150/400/800 per month), LiDAR scans and website AI chat. AI phone overage is $0.35/min; extra scans are $9 each. Add-ons like AI Voice and Website + SEO are priced separately, and a Custom plan is quoted.
How do I get started?
Book a demo. We’ll walk through Sitework with your jobs in mind, answer questions, and set up your company workspace after the call.
What does “unlimited users” actually mean?
Everyone gets a login: owners, estimators, project managers, office staff, field crews and your subs, and clients use the client portal. Adding people never changes your plan’s price.
Can Claude, ChatGPT or Grok work for my company?
Yes, in early access. Sitework connects to Claude, ChatGPT and Grok through MCP, the open standard AI apps use to plug into software. Once connected, you can ask them to look up a job, draft an RFI from a daily log or write a client update, working from your Sitework records. They see only what you’re allowed to see, anything that changes your data waits for a person to approve it, and it’s included on every plan.
What is an outside AI agent?
Any AI tool outside Sitework that you or your team already use, connected through MCP (the open standard many AI apps use to plug into software) or our API. It can look things up and draft work in Sitework, but only what that person is allowed to see, and anything it wants to change waits for a person to approve it.
Can the AI change things without me?
No. Anything that changes your data is shown to you first and waits for your confirmation. Every read and every action is written to an audit log.
Can Sitework do progress billing for my lender or GC?
Yes. Sitework produces pay apps in the industry-standard G702/G703 format your lender and GC already expect: an application for payment plus a continuation sheet with your schedule of values, work completed this period, stored materials, retainage and balance to finish. It builds them from the same line items as your estimate.
Put the whole company on one brain.
Book a demo. Bring everyone, from the office to the field. Your plan’s price stays flat no matter how many people you add.
