Frequently asked questions
What is Sitework by Sourcy?
Answer: Job management software for contractors. It keeps leads, estimates, permits, crews, hours, change orders and invoices in one job record, from the first site visit to the final payment.
Who is it for?
Answer: General contractors, remodelers and specialty trades. It is bought by the company, not by the company's owners.
Can a four-person crew use it?
Answer: Yes. It works for small teams and grows with the company: flat plans for the whole company, with unlimited users on every plan. Clients are added through the portal.
How much does it cost?
Answer: Three flat plans for the whole company: Starter $149, Core $249 and Pro $399 a month, with unlimited users and AI included. See the pricing page for details, or book a demo.
How do I get started?
Answer: Book a demo. We’ll walk through Sitework with your jobs in mind, answer questions, and set up your company workspace after the call.
Can clients see internal notes and messages?
Answer: No. The client portal is a separate surface. Clients see their own proposals, files, progress and invoices; internal notes and team messages stay with the firm.
What does it connect to?
Answer: Google Drive, Google Calendar, calendar subscription by iCal, Gmail, Stripe and OpenAI for the in-app assistant.
How is it different from Monday, Asana or a spreadsheet?
Answer: Those are general tools you would have to shape into a contractor's workflow yourself. Sitework arrives already shaped: job phases, trades, permits, estimates, change orders, an owner portal and a separate internal record.
