Who sets these up

Google Drive is connected once at firm level. Google Calendar and Gmail are connected by each person for their own account. Stripe is connected by the firm so invoices are collected into the firm's own account.

Connected today

  • Google Drive: project folders stay connected to project work. Connected once for the firm.
  • Google Calendar: project and meeting dates connect to each person's own calendar.
  • Calendar subscription: a private feed URL so meetings appear in Apple Calendar or any calendar that reads iCal.
  • Gmail: connect a mailbox so project correspondence lands in the communications inbox. Connected per person.
  • Stripe: clients pay invoices in the portal, into the firm's own Stripe account. Also handles the Sitework subscription itself.
  • OpenAI: the model behind the in-app assistant.
